Saltwater Pathways partners with early childhood education and care (ECEC) services to help children with additional needs thrive. Delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive support aligned with the Australian Government’s Inclusion Support Program (ISP)
With availability across Darwin, Wadeye, Daly River, Katherine, and Alice Springs, I understand the realities of remote service delivery and walk alongside educators, families, and communities to build inclusive environments.
Strategic Inclusion Plan (SIP) Support
I help ECEC services develop and review their Strategic Inclusion Plans, a requirement when accessing Inclusion Support Program funding.
Tailored Coaching for ECEC Services
I offer practical, hands-on coaching to help educators embed inclusive practices in everyday routines.
Trauma-informed and attachment-aware strategies
Support for transitions, group play, and emotional regulation. Culturally safe approaches for Indigenous children and those experiencing trauma.
Referrals to allied health (OT, speech, behaviour support)
Advice on sensory tools, visual aids, and adaptive furniture. Support with funding applications for specialist items.
Inclusion Development Fund (IDF) Navigation
I guide services through the process of accessing the Inclusion Development Fund, which helps pay for:
